On opening the main mixing panel, you'll find an intimidating mixing panel packed with sliders and buttons that won't mean much to you at first. The good thing though is that Renoise is a very well-dcumented application with both a QuickStart Guide and a thorough manual that takes some going through but which leaves no stone unturned.Renoise is pretty flexible in terms of formats, supporting editing in WAV, AIFF, FLAC, OGG and MP3 format. The most unique feature is the vertical timeline sequencer that differs from horizontal timeline sequencers used by most mixing apps.
