You are presented with environments cluttered with objects, and you have to find specific objects amongst them. But Elementals: The Magic Key is extremely well presented, with a good storyline, and best of all has lots of mini games along the way, which break up the main gameplay nicely.As well as hidden objects, there are simple puzzles built-in, so you have to find keys to open doors, for example. There are also jigsaws and strategy games which make Elementals: The Magic Key quite a varied game. There is a dramatic orchestral soundtrack, ant some basic sound effects, but no real speech.
